316LT1-1 Dynacore Stainless Steel Flux-Cored Welding Alloy

Flux-cored (FCAW) | 316LFCF8

316LT1-1 Dynacore stainless steel flux-cored welding alloy .035 X 25lb spool

DETAILS

316LT1-1 (Dynacore) stainless steel FCAW flux-cored welding alloy is used to join similar metals such as AISI 316L, 316, 316Ti, and 318. The typical 2.7% Molybdenum provides improved resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion over grades 308L and 316L, particularly in the presence of chlorides. This material is generally used with 100% Carbon Dioxide or mixtures of Argon/Carbon Dioxide, typically a 75%/25% mixture. Recommended wire stick out is 5/8"-3/4". Conforms to AWS A5.22.
