Sterling® tin-copper solid wire solder is formulated for plumbing and other applications. Its melting range is ideal for filling and capping solder connections even with its low melting point. Sterling® solder is l00% environmentally safe with no antimony or nickel. Ideal for lead-free plumbing as it conforms to ASTM B32 Alloy Grade TC as well as NSF/ANSI/CAN Standard 61-G for Drinking Water System Components - health effects and NSF/ANSI/CAN Standard 372 for Drinking Water System Components - lead content & the US Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments.
