Model HP405 is an electroless nickel single-stage regulator for gaseous withdrawal from liquid cylinders. The HP405 can also be used on high pressure cylinders and for general pipeline applications. Model HP405 is suitable for laser assist gases, purging, pressure testing, blanketing and gas withdrawal from liquid cylinders.

- 302 stainless steel diaphragm eliminates contamination from diffusion or outgassing
- One-piece encapsulated seat design with 10 micron sintered internal filter to protect the PTFE Teflon® seat from particulate contamination
- Equipped with tamper-proof, self-reseating internal relief valve
- Electroless nickel-plated brass body, bonnet and fittings for longer service life
- 2 in. Electroless nickel-plated brass barstock dual scale easy-to-read gauges (psi/bar)
- Gaseous withdrawal from liquid cylinders
- Maximum inlet pressure 3000 PSIG
- Conforms to CGA E-4 standard for gas pressure regulators
