DETAILS
Aluminum bronze-A1 MIG (GMAW) filler metal is designed to weld overlays on shafts, propellers, housings, couplings, bushings, valve seats, pumps and other surfaces needing a bronze wearing surface. It is iron-free and is often used to protect parts exposed to salt water and certain acidic conditions. A1 aluminum bronze is not recommended for joining. Conforms to ANSI/AWS A5.7 & ASME SFA 5.7 ERCuAl-A1.
