Harris packless diaphragm valves provides positive shut-off in high purity or other critical gas systems. Diaphragms are 316L SS and are rated for pressures up to 4500 psi (300 bar). Fittings are ¼” NPT and valves are available with a multi-turn knob or a ¼ turn handle with color coded on/off ring.
